The
Customer Service Advisor is a pivotal role in our mission to provide the best experience and service for our customers.


What you'll do:


  • Provide basic technical information on Etex Exteriors products and services and process all sales orders accurately and effectively.
  • Manage individual order books to ensure all customer orders are serviced to agreed satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists.
  • Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures.

What you'll bring:


  • Demonstrable experience working within a customerorientated environment in a customerfacing role.
  • Strong workload management and organization skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately.
  • A proactive selfstarter who communications through empathy and care.
