We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista/Front of house member to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.

If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

We would also request that you require experience in food preparation (mainly sandwiches)


Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare beverages
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
