You will be joining a team of dedicated, supportive academics, many of whom have professional experience.

The School of Law also runs a Legal Advice Centre open to members of the public, staff and students.

We are one of the only law schools in the UK where every student has the opportunity to get pro bono work experience from their first year onward.

We are now looking for a Lecturer in Criminal Justice.


Working in the School of Justice Studies, you will be expected to teach on a range of Criminal Justice undergraduate programmes, particularly focusing on modules related to the Criminal Justice System and Psychology.

You will also be expected to make a full contribution to the School's scholarship profile, and civic engagement agenda.


The ability to contribute to the teaching of Criminal Justice across a range of modules, for example, Decision making in Criminal Justice, Contemporary issues in Criminal Justice, Introduction to Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice and similar.
