Project Manager/ Delivery Lead

Northampton - Hybrid

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a level of project control (incl. governance and risk) to ensure company policies and standards are maintained
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and leadership staff
  • Inspire team performance through coaching and development
  • Demonstrate strong decision making skills
  • Influence significant business decisions through the utilisation of sound judgement

Essential Project Management Officer (PMO) Experience:

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong Jira Skills
  • Very strong powerpoint skills
  • Strong working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience in tech/ finance change environment

Desirable skills for the Project Management Officer role:

  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Business Management Experience
