Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday 8.30am5.30pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus birthday off as well as other benefits

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well established and industry leading business in the healthcare sector.

The Customer Service Advisor will:

Process order forms onto Sage system
Conduct accurate order entry onto the system to ensure delivery schedules are met
Contact customers to obtain missing information on the order form
Ensure customers are advised and kept informed of any supply delays
Liaise with couriers, organising collections and deliveries

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and is fully office based.

You'll need to have experience in office based customer service and be an excellent communicator with good Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.

The salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 per annum.
