Summary
Job Purpose
Customer Care:
- Assist Customer Care Department taking calls regarding defects, customer enquires & complaints
- Assist Customer Care Department organising and coordinating subcontractor visits for customer defects
- Log customer enquires & defects on COINS
- Plot filing of customer enquires & defects
- Requisition & coordination of orders relating to customer with Buying department
- Process invoices on COINS (including service bills for plots)
Knowledge & Specific Job Skills:
Excellent communication and IT skills
Person Specification:
- Punctual and reliable.
- Well organised and highly motivated
- Trustworthy (deal with matters of confidentiality)
- Prepared to learn new tasks and undertake additional work.
- Good attitude to work and be flexible and cooperative with other staff members across all departments.
- Work well individually or as part of team.

£11,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
