• Assist Customer Care Department taking calls regarding defects, customer enquires & complaints
• Assist Customer Care Department organising and coordinating subcontractor visits for customer defects
• Log customer enquires & defects on COINS
• Plot filing of customer enquires & defects
• Requisition & coordination of orders relating to customer with Buying department
• Process invoices on COINS (including service bills for plots)

• Punctual and reliable.
• Well organised and highly motivated
• Trustworthy (deal with matters of confidentiality)
• Prepared to learn new tasks and undertake additional work.
• Good attitude to work and be flexible and cooperative with other staff members across all departments.
