    Sales Operations Manager – Medical Device / Pharmaceutical

    Job Summary:

    This role will act as the link between all departments, facilitating the delivery of revenue targets by analysing trends, improving processes, working cross-functionally and acting as the sales enabler to deliver on both revenue targets and sales excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Sales Process Optimisation: Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and plans.
    • Sales Technology Management: Manage sales technology systems to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Sales Reporting and Communication: Provide regular sales reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
    • Tender Management: Manage tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
    • Sales Compliance: Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

    About Sales Operations:

    Sales operations is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process.

    Requirements:

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Mandatory:

    • Extensive experience in Sales Operations, preferably in MedTech/Pharma.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., PPT, Excel, pivot tables).
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    • Proven track records in project management (sales & marketing scope).
    • Excellent relationship building skills having developed and sustained meaningful professional relationships with relevant external and internal groups.
    • Experienced in change management.

    Desirable:

    • Experience launching and establishing Sales Operations in an organisation.
    • Experience in Sales Operations within a regulated manufacturing business.

    Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
