Demand Planner

Salary:
£40,000 per annum

Location:
Welwyn Garden City

Contract:
Permanent, full time

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5.30pm

COMPANY PROFILE

Our client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to support the sales and demand planning activities.

You will have a high level of analytical expertise and adopt effective project management skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience within a similar role
Effective analytical skills
Understand of planning and procurement
Knowledge of legislation and law regulations
Excellent skills with MS Excel and CRM packages
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the monthly PSI process in coordination with other relevant departments
Provide timely updates and fulfilment plan of all PO's from factory
Actively take part in the creation of the sales plans providing supporting materials
Collect and analyse monthly rolling forecast and inventory information
Prepare and distribute sales and KPI's reports
Take the lead on stock control and develop necessary action to optimise stock levels
