About Our Client:
Page Personnel are currently working with a well known organisation who are based in South Leeds who have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis This company offers excellent company benefits as well as hybrid working with only 2 days per week in the office They also offer plenty of free onsite parking
As Sales Administrator you will report into the Customer Service Manager and be working in part of a growing team
Duties will include, however, not be limited to;
Taking inbound calls, providing a first-class customer experience to clients and customers.
Supporting and resolving customer and client queries.
Sales Order Processing.
Accurately maintain the CRM system.
The Successful Applicant:
Have held a similar customer serivce position before
Be confident using a CRM system
Be able to work in the Leeds office at least 2 days per week
