As Projects & Construction Coordinator, you will provide a key coordination and delivery function to the Santander Projects & Construction team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that key administrative functions are delivered by yourself and support Project managers with specific processes.
The role will primarily assume responsibility for coordinating and managing the Asbestos process for projects ensuring quality checks have been completed as well as co-ordinating and issuing key documentation to relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- O&M process including use of drop box with sole permission rights in property including managing the tracker
- Ensuring Asbestos process is followed for all Santander delivered projects and completing quality checks
- Ensuring Asbestos reinspections have taken place in line with the planner on the retail network
- Issue drawings to contractors, 3rd parties, Retail and ISS and keeping tracker in line with weekly programme
- Managing the branch facilities list and POD updates for Santander Property team
- Maintaining the supplier and thirdparty contact list
- Supporting Head of Construction on organising F2F team meetings and supplier workshops
- Raising Purchase Orders and maintain cost trackers
- Invoice review, receipting and dealing with invoice queries
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Microsoft Office suite including Power Point, Word and Excel
- Requires high degree of initiative, creativity with a wide scope for discretion
- Desirable experience of CAFM Systems and Purchase Order platforms
- Proven track record of achievement within an administrative function
- Experience working with private sector commercial clients
- Working in a fastpaced deadline orientated environment
- Knowledge of financial basics
- Purchase Orders, Invoices
- Excellent written and oral communication
- A good team player
- Numerate and technology literate
