Description

Staffing Connect are looking for Support Staff & Teaching Assistants for roles in Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in and around the Richmond Borough.

Have you got a level 3 in teaching or childcare and seeking a role within a school?

Teaching Assistant:

Proven experience as a TA and worked with SEN
An understanding of challenging behaviour
Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills is desirable
Have good behaviour management skills

What would make me suitable for this job?:

You would need have a positive mindset and a willingness to support children with their learning.
An enthusiastic and engaging approach to learning.
Experience supporting children with a range of SEND needs, such as, Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.
Be comfortable working with children across the Primary & Secondary curriculum
