    Job description: Do you have care experience looking for a new role in schools?


Aspire People are currently seeking bathroom support staff to provide personal care to students for a Special Needs school in the Erdington area.

All children have learning difficulties, some with profound and life limiting illnesses. They require dedicated and caring bathroom assistants to provide personal care for the children whilst at school. You will need to be positive and lively and able to work as part of a team.


To be successful in this role you will need a calm and empathetic nature, a resilient personality and be able to use your own initiative; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount.


Aspire People is dedicated and passionate in helping to improve the education of SEND children across the Birmingham area; supporting local Special Needs Schools in finding the ideal staff that meet the needs of their school community.

The school caters for children with a wide range of needs including AUTISM,MLD,PMLD, SLD Complex Health Needs.
