Part-time (Monday to Friday) Alternating between sites throughout the week.

Working Hours: 2 hours per day between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:
£11 per hour

Position Summary:

Multi Trades are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at two different sites located in Bangor and Newtownards.

This is a permanent role with working hours of 2 hours per day, between 9 am and 5 pm. The pay rate for this position is £11 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to ensure they are free from streaks and smudges.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as corridors, entrances, and lobbies.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Use cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and appropriately, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality cleaning standards.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within the allocated working hours.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures is an advantage.
Flexibility to work between two sites in Bangor and Newtonards.
