Our clients are a construction and property development company who operate throughout Northern Ireland.

They work in Retail & Commercial, Leisure & Hospitality, Civil Engineering, Industrial, Residential, and Healthcare.

They are seeking to add an experienced
Estimator / Junior QS to the teamwith a strong commercial acumen.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 9% Pension, 30 Days Holiday, and Benefits.

Day to Day:

Initially sending out tender enquiries and compile returns.
Collate and review tender documents and submission requirements.
Enter BOQ's etc. into pricing templates.
Provide basic takeoffs for small works projects.
Review & follow up submitted tenders.
Review any cost changes to revised drawings.
Assist with remeasurements including on site as required.
Pricing and ordering materials.

Experience & Qualifications:

3+ years' experience Estimating / Surveying in General Construction.
Excellent IT skills and conversant with CAD, software packages, and estimating software.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
UK driving licence, able to get to office and site, and H&S knowledge.
