The role:

Providing day to day store facing service, over the phone and on teams. The programme is plan, book and process store schedule of technology implementation into the stores. This is to ensure that the programme operates effectively enabling partners to focus on their customers.
Show a proactive approach to identifying issues.
Work with and feed into Line Manager to provide wider information to Programme Team to roll out schedules and develop solutions.
Champion the behaviours and values which the organisation stand for and as such supporting as a respected member of the Programme Team.
Work collaboratively and cross functionally with all relevant departments providing exceptional customer service to store partners to create an atmosphere of commitment and success through each other.

Skills and Experience

Computer literate with experience of word, excel and outlook and teams MS
Must be a graduate or have administration experience
Proven customer service experience
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask
To work efficiently to tight deadlines
Polite and can speak to senior members of the team
Well presented
Hardworking and reliable
Good organisation skills
