- There are over 30 dedicated people within the team (20 Client Advisors and 10 Client Executives)
- The role will provide you with opportunities to learn from colleagues with high levels of expertise and experience as they train and support you.
- The advantages of this role are that it will give you exposure to major multinational clients and the opportunity to progress to becoming the client's main point of contact.
- Helping to maintain and build strong relationships with our clients is part of the reason we are successful. As this role will involve working on a portfolio of multinational clients, it may require some travel.

We will rely on you to:
- Produce annual renewal timetable for each Client
- Obtain claims reports from colleagues
- Prepare market presentations and contracts ensure renewal strategy is reflected
- Draft client renewal reports and registers of insurance
- Manage premium billing, collections and settlements in liaison with relevant departments
- Assist with day to day client insurance and risk queries
- Assist in midterm changes to risk
- Assist in placement of Insurance programme
- Attend Insurer / Client meetings as requested
- Assist in the preparation of reports on specific projects, as requested
- Populate Marsh tracking systems
- Being aware of the Client's business, business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
- Liaise with the various departments within Marsh to provide Client service solutions
What you need to have:
- Account Handling and/or Client Advisory experience within Commercial and/or Corporate Insurance clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as the role involved direct client contact
- Keen to advance through insurance qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
What makes you stand out:
- Solid account handling experience gained whilst supporting brokers/client advisers ideally within a diverse portfolio of products and industries
- Corporate Insurance preferred although Commercial Insurance is also of interest
- Resilience, ambitious, happy to face clients and/or client facing stakeholders.
- CII qualified although not compulsory
