A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Weekend
Showroom Receptionist / Host based at our new State of the art Porsche Centre in handy Cross High Wycombe

The role will require you to meet and greet the customers and ensure they are directed to the correct department within the Centre as well as taking telephone calls.

Hours are Saturday only 8.30am to 5:00pm


The role:

• You will be the first point of contact as customers enter the Centre
• Meet and greet all customers ensuring that they are welcomed in a professional manner and directed to the relevant person
• You will be responsible for answering any incoming calls and for transferring them to the relevant person
• Responsible for ensuring that the front of house reception area is clean and tidy
• Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution

• An enthusiastic and confident individual
• Excellent customer liaison and satisfaction skills
• Presentable and well groomed
• Previous Hosting experience within the motor industry is preferred but not essential

• Driving Licence (preferred)
