What it's like being an IT Technician Apprentice**In this role you'll provide dedicated technical support to internal & external customers as directed by your mentor. You'll embrace delivering a wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the delivery of quality technical excellence.

Working a mix of remote & office based, you'll work as part of a collaborative and team-focused environment, to maintain, update, and repair computer systems, networks, and other types of technology, whilst providing quality support to internal & externalcustomers.

How does the apprenticeship work?

Over 18 months, you'll devote 20% of your 37.5 hours of working time towards a Level 3 Information communication Technician apprenticeship.

You'll be trained by an expert tutor from Tiro as well as an experienced mentor at Open GI, who together, will makesure you develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits you'll need to succeed in your career.
