The Job
As the Research & Insight Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Running end-to-end social listening projects
  • Designing and recommending innovative research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Create effective Measurement Frameworks
  • Work closely with clients and challenge their briefs whilst consulting on best practice
  • Leading a team of 2/3 researchers and analysts, managing their daytoday activities and helping then develop a range of skills

You

  • 5+ years' experience within a digital/social focused agencies
  • Expert with social listening research and tools such as Netbase, Brandwatch & Talkwalker
  • Experience leading a team of researchers/analysts
  • Effectivenessfirst mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
