Permanent Purchaser Ledger Clerk with an immediate start required for Ballynahinch
Duties will include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets
- Processing supplier payments
- General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
- Answering telephone calls into the finance office
- General finance office duties as required
Essential Criteria:
- Competent using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent IT skills competent in Microsoft Excel and Sage.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience of working within a busy Finance department.
Salary:
£25,000
