Permanent Purchaser Ledger Clerk with an immediate start required for Ballynahinch

Duties will include:


  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices to orders and dockets
  • Processing supplier payments
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Answering telephone calls into the finance office
  • General finance office duties as required

Essential Criteria:


  • Competent using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent IT skills competent in Microsoft Excel and Sage.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience of working within a busy Finance department.

Salary:
£25,000
