Job Description - Care Coordinator
4Passion care is looking for a passionate and driven CO-ODINATOR to manage supported living, complex/specialist care and Live-in Care in Peterborough and private clients.
The applicant will be expected:
- To grow 4PassionCare into a self sustaining project
- To recruit staff
- Manage the daily operation of the service in line with CQC's Fundamental Standards
- Develop and manage relationships with professionals, clients to ensure the possible outcome for
- To meet targets
- Be computer literature
- Hold current British license and own care
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Experience in supported living and Livein
- Supervising staff
- Organise rotas
willing to work towards achieving QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and supported living management experience. Train the Trainer qualifications would be an added advantage to the company.
