We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Regional Civils team in Exeter. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.Location:

Responsibilities
- Administration of commercial and finance processes.
- Payment and invoicing processes, related record keeping, liaison with commercial and finance business partner.
- Assisting the site team with required documentation to assist in cost and value recovery.
- Liaison with site commercial teams to ensure Subcontractor payments and client invoices are processed and tracking of both Assist site commercial teams and finance in monthly cost reporting and liabilities, chasing payments and cash if required
What do we need from you?
- Previous administrative or finance department experience would benefit.
- IT literate
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (e.g., Word and Excel)
