UST is actively recruiting a seasoned
Leadership Coach in London
(1 year contract) to become integral member of our Business Agility team.

As a Leadership Coach at UST, you'll have the chance to engage directly with our client leaders (C Suite), guiding them in embracing and efficiently accelerating their business transformations.


_The Opportunity __:
_

  • Offer personalized coaching to client executives, assisting them in cultivating business agility behaviors, refining leadership skills, improving performance, enhancing communication, handling conflict, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic planning, organizational redesigns, change management, and value stream management, and systematically track and evaluate outcomes over time.
  • Leverage UST frameworks, technology, and platform capabilities to interact with clients and deliver a topnotch consultancy experience. Provide outstanding services to clients, aiding them in reaching their leadership objectives and fostering exceptional performance.

_What you need _:

A Management consultancy background is essential:


  • An MBA from a world-class institution:
  • A preference for technology and finance degrees.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching Clevel, Business Owners, and Department leaders.
  • Serve as a change agent with a practical, handson approach.
  • Exhibit robust coaching skills in strategy, system thinking, design thinking, business agility, psychological safety, communication strategies, organizational redesign, value stream management, Lean portfolio management, and organizational change management.
  • Display a genuine passion for coaching and empowering individuals at various organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of coaching leaders within the infrastructure department in IT and Banking. Familiarity and experience with Cloud, DevSecOps, and Shared Services.
