E-commerce Customer Service Executive - Brighton, United Kingdom - TCMM Shutter Group Ltd

_TCMM Shutter Group are looking for a talented individual to join their Customer Experience team based in Hove, East Sussex.

_

Working for our homegrown online brands, including California Shutters, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a growing volume of 'DIY' shutter orders.

You will work as part of a small, dedicated team reporting directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor.


Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with our marketing and logistics departments to ensure the endtoend customer journey is positive and efficient.
• Providing expert technical and product advice prior to order, to ensure that customers feel confident with their purchase.
• Communicating with our manufacturer and customers to answer queries or finalise technical drawings.
• Importing and managing shipping and delivery data via our CRM.
• Resolving delivery, damage or design complaints swiftly and effectively.

Preferred Experience:
Must have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service based role.

Ideally 1 years' experience in an administrative and/or telephone based role.

Experience within the home interiors, window coverings, DIY or online retail sector advantageous, but not essential.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

• Team members cover at least one 9.30am 6.00pm shift per week and one Saturday 9am 3.00pm shift per month. This is arranged on a rota basis._

Salary:
£23,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
