Our client, a dynamic, successful, ambitious National Recruiter with many awards and accolades, have asked FW Recruitment to source an experienced recruitment consultant to join their successful branch In Birmingham

  • The Package
  • To £28,000 dependent upon experience plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance against targets.
  • Extensive training package and support
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases in line with length of service
  • The Role
  • Providing a quality recruitment service to the portfolio of existing clients.
  • Building and developing new business opportunities
  • Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
  • Troubleshooting issues and putting preemptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  • Experience within a Recruitment Agency environment
  • Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
  • Ambitious
  • A minimum of 1 years Recruitment Agency Experience is essential for this position.
