Fluent Spanish Customer Service Advisor - Norwich, United Kingdom - Atkinson Moss
Description
Working for our global client you will join them as a fluent Spanish Customer Service Representative to provide customer support from order through shipment.
You will be a customer advocate to the organisation and, in addition to order entry and contractadministration, field customer complaints, queries and issues that may arise.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Validate and process orders
- Contract administration to support the business
- Initiate and/or modify customer orders through file management
- Ensures the day to day operational objectives of the department are prioritised
- Adherence to and compliance, processes and work instructions
- Assist in Business Process Improvement and/or Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects as required
- Assist with the investigation and successful resolution with a view to continuous improvement
- Raise Credit Notes when required
- Manage inventory levels as directed by Customer Service Supervisor
- Use the CRM to communicate customer interactions to the Sales team
- Use the Business Information tools for reporting requirements
- Comprehensive Spanish, written and spoken
