MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To identify and prioritise contacts via the artificial intelligence solution to indicate the priority and urgency of cases to practice staff.

To support Alliance Care clinicians to allocate appointments according to clinical need to provide equitable access to care. To cross check information transferred into the patient's medical records. To filter out admin queries and forward to relevant team for further action.


To monitor methods of patient access via Alliance Care reporting functionality To support patients to enable them to use their preferred method of choice to access Alliance Care e.g., via website, telephone, or face to face.

To promote and support sign up to NHS App for all patient's using Alliance Care. To maintain the computer clinical filing system in an accurate and secure manner. As a superuser you will be expected to provide training and support to extended staff.

To assist with the gathering of statistics and information when required.

Recognise peoples needs for alternative methods of communication and respond accordingly.
