We are currently looking for a junior sommelier to deliver high levels of guest service in our restaurant. As Junior Sommelier you will be working alongside the Head Sommelier during service to deliver wine and beverage service. You will be engaging and be able to recommend wines to complement guest's palates and meals.


We are looking for someone with;
-
Knowledge of wines or previous experience as junior sommelier would be beneficial but not essential as we will provide training

• An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations
• Great Sales skills and techniques
• Looking to develop a successful career in high end restaurants
• Clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with guests
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
