Client Details
Our client is a leading Logistics service provider c.£29m turnover nationally per annum. Based central Northampton, they are easily commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Kettering and Bedford.
Having experienced their most profitable year to date,they are now needing to grow their team and are looking to add multiple Credit Controller to their Accounts Receivable team.

The overall responsibility of the Credit Controller is to proactively engage customers to develop strong working relationships and increase revenue with effective debt recovery, reporting directly into the Credit Control Team Leader.
More specific job dutiesof the Credit Controller include; ensuring accounts are paid on time, looking at cash allocations, query liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- Have 3+ years of Credit Control experience
- Have experience reducing overdue debt
- Have an ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Have good negotiation skills
- Have strong customer service skills
