Job Title:

Senior Project Management Professional**
Location:Govan/Scotstoun, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending experience

What you'll be doing:

Delegated authority to lead in determining and agreeing direction with senior management of other areas on behalf of the project in the absence of the project manager
Integrating all functions to identify, manage and support the resolution of project specific issues, to enable the achievement of programme objectives
Managing project scope to ensure that all aspects are fully defined to ensure customer requirements are achieved as well as ensuring the accurate recording and reporting of progress of planned targets for budget, schedule, and quality
Supporting the Project Manager and Control Account Managers to resolve project issues as they occur
Working with the Project Controls team to interrogate project performance data in support of effective decision making

Your skills and experiences:

Complex project environment understanding in earned value management (EVM) and scheduling principles
Experience in supporting Lifecycle Management activity (LCM)
Engaging Control Account Managers and Project Managers to produce reliable project estimates and to solve project issues
Experience within a Ship build Programme
Experience in a complex Production / Engineering environment

The Type 26 Build Project Management team:

As a Senior Project Management Professional, you will drive and support the performance of the project, providing support to the Control Account/Project Manager with aspects of delivering the Type 26 Build to time, cost and quality, as well as managing safety considerations.
