Description

An opportunity has arisen in our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team at Taylors of Harrogate and we are looking for a Head of Integrated Business Planning to join us.

As Head of IBP you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of the overall IBP process for Taylors of Harrogate, enabling IBP to continue to evolve as the primary business management process for the medium to long-term time horizon, creating a framework for tactical decision making, strategic execution and cross-business alignment.

About you

You would bring a broad knowledge of cross business processes and key drivers of success.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels coupled with the ability to quickly build credibility and work crossfunctionally
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Confidence to challenge upwards and speak the truth and manage working through complexity and ambiguity.
Drive for continuous improvement, with an enabling mindset.
Demonstrate resilience, tenacity and actionoriented approach.
Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial and business acumen
Holds others to account to agreed actions and decisions
Highly numerate alongside a strong ability to analyse and interpret data.
