Finance Manager - Crewe, United Kingdom - Logic Resourcing
Description
The successful Finance Manager will join an established SME with plans to double turnover within the next 5 years.Reporting to the MD, and with support from the part-time Finance Director, the role would be perfect for Finance / Accounts professionals looking for career development, with the possibility of progressing to Finance Director.
What you'll do:
Overall accountability for the finance function including, Purchase Ledge, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Payroll
Offering leadership, direction and development to the small accounts team (3 in total)
Conduct all month-end procedures and prepare monthly management account, cashflow forecasting and budgets
Complete Year End processes, VAT returns and monthly PAYE in conjunction with company accountants
Support the implementation of systems and processes to continually improve efficiencies of the finance function
Producing monthly reports / analysis on financial performance, budgeting and forecasting
Involvement in process improvement and implementation to streamline efficiencies
