As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of childcare professionals in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting the overall well-being and development of the children in our care.

• Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan, organize, and implement ageappropriate activities and programs for children
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in the nursery
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and ordering supplies

• Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development
• Knowledge of childcare best practices and current regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
