Health Insurance Sales Advisor - Poole - £25k basic & OTE £70k +

A Health Insurance Sales Advisor is required for our client, a well-established health insurance company based in Poole.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join a forward-thinking company and become a part of a team responsible for replyingto general enquiries & leads and converting them into sales.

Sales experience is essential for this role, preferably from a financial services or insurance background.

Key responsibilities:

Assist clients with finding the right cover to fit their personal circumstances
Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads generated through the CRM
Ensure aftersales administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure enquiries are followed through to completion to a satisfactory level
Liaise with insurers and underwriters
Deal with the renewals of policies
Follow FCA guidelines to ensure compliancy
Ensure all information is captured, updated and maintained correctly on the CRM
Respond to all enquiries in a professional and complaint manner
Use client and product information to provide a consultative service

Key Skills:

Previous experience within a sales role is essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to meet KPI expectations
Ability to work effectively in a targetdriven sales environment
Ideally have experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably within health insurance or life insurance
