My client based in Southport is looking to recruit a number of experienced Motor Claims Handlers to join the fastest growing third-party claims management provider in the UK.

We serve insurers, brokers and intermediaries nationwide, offering a vast rangeof claims handling services.
Experienced Motor Claims Handler duties

  • Providing an excellent customer service experience
  • Implement claims processes and working practices
  • Taking first notification of new claims from clients and working partners
  • Managing a varied claims workload
  • Managing the clients journey from start to settlement of a claim
  • Providing clients and working partners with regular updates
  • Dealing with inbound thirdparty queries
  • Obtaining updates from insurers repairers, hire companies and solicitors

Experience:

Claims Processing: 1 year (required)
Full time OTE £26,000 per annum.


Job Types:
Full-time,

Permanent Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
8 hour shift - 1 hour lunch

Monday to Friday - 8:30-5pm.

Must be available for one late shift and one weekend shift per month
Overtime available on weekends
