Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in Northamptonshire, who are seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal (Maths or English specialist) from February 2023 on a - 9 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent forthe right person.

Students and staff have a common purpose: to succeed, achieve and work collaboratively as a community.

The school are based in a modern learning space with a range of high-quality facilities and a bright, open feel to the architecture.

They have recentlydeveloped their grounds to provide more opportunities for staff and students to exercise and relax outside during the day.


Salary offered:
£60,000 - £65,000
