_ Role Overview
_:


The Customer Relations & Supply Specialist is responsible for customer relation activities such as processing orders, responding to customer enquiries and resolves customer complaints.

They are also the point of contact for daily operational activities with Campari UK warehouse, production plants, third party logistics providers and customs brokers.

Their role also includes supply planning which assesses the current orders and plan future supplies to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities and Activities


_Customer Service_

  • Responsible for taking orders from Customers
  • Manage the full order cycle from order receipt to the invoicing
  • Samples orders management
  • Monitor and update customer master data
  • Point of contact for daily operations with production plants, Campari UK warehouse and third party logistics providers
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams on specific orders (i.e. orders for promo activities) to ensure ontime delivery
  • Process returns from Customers to Campari UK warehouse and issue credit notes to Customers
  • Regular contact with Finance team, specifically Accounting, to review potential credit issues with customers

_Supply Planning_

  • Stock monitoring on daily and monthly basis to ensure there is coverage for customer orders
  • Manage Purchase Orders for finished products starting from Purchase Order creation and monitoring the delivery from Production Plant to Campari UK warehouse
  • Plan future supplies in collaboration with Demand Manager UK and Planning Hub in HQ in Italy
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders on changes in supplies
  • Work close with Production Plants, forwarders, customs brokers and Campari UK warehouse to resolve supply issues that may arise

  • Minimum 3 years of experience of customer service and logistics in FMCG company, experience in drinks industry preferred
  • Manage complex data and able to provide detailed analysis to draw insights on the data
