Head of Growth - Brooklyn, New York, United States - Up to $200,000 - Agency


As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients on best practices, leveraging the team to drive innovative solutions and ensuring that internal teams meet client deadlines.

You should have a deep understanding of social media and theinternet, be an excellent storyteller, and have the ability to craft engaging presentations.

Your expertise in proposals should be bold, culturally relevant, and platform-focused.

You will be executing the new business strategy to bring in new prospects, brands and logos and working closely with the Lead Generation partner to close new businessopportunities.

You will participate in client meetings, pitches, and brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with other teams to produce deliverables for RFPs and proposal responses.


To be successful in this role, you should be a natural networker who invests in building relationships, have excellent communication skills, be proactive and entrepreneurial, and be driven by results.

You should also have a deep understanding of client needsand be passionate about learning and improving in the space.
