Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Kirklees Stadium Development Ltd.

Kirklees Stadium Development Ltd is looking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to over-see the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at The John Smith's Stadium.

Experience and understanding in the Building Services industry is essential.

Technical expertise is also required to assess service levels to ensure value is maintained from approved contractors when providing preventative and responsive maintenance to the business.

This position has a direct impact on the service delivery to our Stadium Partners and Tenants on site and to the general public attending matches, conferences and events at the Stadium.

The site is a very large prestigious Sports Stadium complex. The John Smith's Stadium is operational all year round.

The post holder will be contracted to work 37 hours per week, plus match and event days, and will be flexible depending on the needs of the business.

The successful applicant will be self motivated, able to communicate on all levels, and have the ability to work on their own initiative.

They will have experience of managing a team a maintenance and cleaning operatives.
