About the role:

The Data Analyst role has a focus on collecting data from our business and using that data to provide insights that allow for fact-based decisions to be made on the topic that guide our business.

There'll be a mixture between monthly reporting on key activities and metrics, and project based activity that informs and guides the strategic direction of the MRS business across the region.

Conduct ad hoc analysis and data requests to support acquisition campaigns and customer programmes.
Collecting, validating and matching of data from different database sources.
Assisting in preparation of reports as requested according to business needs.
Collaborate on analysis and interpretation of data to drive datadriven decisions for strategic planning.
Be the point of contact for Salesforce data queries, being proactive in resolving problems and implementing updates.
Continuously improving systems and data handling to remove manual processes and streamline working practices.
Ensure successful delivery of existing automated and nonautomated reports.
Loading data for campaigns
Maintaining existing reports to support Sales
Provide monthly data forecast

Essential

Expert level MS Excel skills

- _experience of Qlikview or Power BI a plus_

Native level fluency in English

- _ability to speak German and/or Italian a plus_

SFDC reporting and dashboard experience
Data visualisation skills
An approach that's deadline focussed with an attention to details
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
An approach that is driven to get things done
