The Job
You will be part of the GO-TECH Technology group based at Warner Bros.

Studios Leavesden; working in close collaboration with peers from our existing portfolio and leveraging technical specialists as needed, both across the GO-TECH team and wider Warner Bros.

The Daily

  • Key technical support resource for the successful day to day operational running of the tour and studio businesses focusing on reporting / data and workplace efficiency.
  • Partner with the business for regular reviews, assessing new requirements or changes to reports or solutions.
  • 1st/2nd Line operational support for the Leavesden reporting portfolio and for the workplace efficiency solutions which are currently deployed.
  • Deployment of operational requests for new reports or changes to the current suite of reports.
  • Using workplace efficiency technologies, Ticketing, Websites, eCommerce, Retail POS, Warehousing, Building Management systems, Customer Service and Analytics. Experience in operating within PCI landscapes will be considered advantageous.

The Must Haves

  • Extensive experience in administration of Azure Cloud Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of integration to Salesforce marketing cloud / Service Cloud developer experience / Salesforce Voice experience
  • Experience with all stages of the software development lifecycle using Agile Methodology.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux and Max OS.
  • Experience using the following tools: Mobile Device Management (Microsoft ITUNE),Automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate), testing tools and the automation of testing. Selenium is preferred.
  • Visitor management System experience.
  • Microsoft PowerBI experience.
  • Ability to create custom SQL queries and reports in SQL Server.
  • Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub preferred).
  • Experience with scripting languages: Powershell, VBscript.
  • Experience of working in PCI environment.
  • Available to work flexible hours to accommodate offshore collaboration, as well as responding during offhours to lead resolution of critical project issues or operational incidents is expected.
