Brooklands, in no hurry, wishes to carefully hire a Sales Facilities Coordinator to take on an important role in securing and developing new customer relationships and coordinating cleaning/maintenance works.


Brooklands works with a large range of clients and is looking for somebody with a property/facilities back ground with experiance and confidence in selling and coordinating services to clients such as letting agents, block management, schools and facilities companies.


You will be responsible for

  • Developing new customer accounts
  • Sending proposals and quotations (with support from the estimator)
  • Finding and managing contractors that deliver work for your accounts
  • Coordinating technicians on your jobs
  • Attending customer and site visits for both sales opportunities and to ensure works are delivered to the highest of standards
  • Meeting profit targets for work that you deliver

Brooklands is based in Nottingham and has been going for over 6 years.

The company is rapidly expanding and undertakes specialist cleaning and building maintenance services for national construction companies, councils, universities and facilities management companies throughout the midlands and across the UK.


You will be tasked with developing relationships with suppliers, securing contracts and overseeing works for facilities support services including cleaning, grounds and building maintenance.


Requirements for the role

  • Experience working in the property / facilities management industry or within a similar service business (3 years minimum)
  • The ability and willingness to make sales calls, visits and reach out on Linkedin
  • Good computer skills including the use of works scheduling systems and excel
  • Well spoken and written english with fantastic customer service skills
  • Driving license, own transport and the ability to commute to Nottingham

Brooklands is not your average service provider
The company provides a dynamic range of services some of which are very specialist. No two days are the same at Brooklands, one day the company may be deep cleaning AC17 planes for the RAF, hanging off ropes cleaning tall buildings, steam cleaning the streets whilst everybody is sleeping or even attending call outs for large spillages and closing roads off

The office hours for this position is 7:30am until 4pm Monday to Friday.

Mostly, Brooklands are looking for somebody driven who can be confident and self-sufficient in this role.


Salary:
£26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
