Solicitor - Residential Conveyancing
Location:
Guildford
A long established top 200 law firm with offices in the South East require a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
The role:
- To advise and support clients on all matters relating to Residential Conveyancing from instruction through to completion and registration including purchases, transfers, and remortgages
- To be actively involved in business development, researching and developing leads
Requirements:
- Eexperienced Solicitor with good Business Development acumen
- 3 year+ qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience of new build would be an advantage.
