SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Up to £24k salary)Our Client
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients, a specialist manufacturer within Worcestershire.
Job Responsibilities
- To respond to incoming enquiries promptly and according to our client's SLA
- Assist the Sales Manager and the Head of Commercial with administrative duties.
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties
- Maintain our clients CRM database
- Work with sales team to reach sales goals
- Assist external and internal Stakeholders
- Raise purchase orders and generate invoices.
- Archiving all sales documentation when required
- Keeping track of all of sales material
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer enquiries
- Assist with Events administration
- 1 year+ previous experience supporting a sales team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to be able to prioritize and multitask in order to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft package and CRM
- An exceptional problem solver
