Description
SJC Partners are currently seeking a Billing Administrator to join a supportive and friendly team in Sheffield.


The business we are representing are a reputable firm of specialist Solicitors who are considered as one of the leading practices in the UK.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparing bills for trust administration work
  • Creating and proactively maintaining billing schedules and record keeping
  • Liaising with internal teams regarding billing work
  • Working with colleagues to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate working
  • Liaising with third parties regarding billing process
  • Monitoring costs and assisting the team's management in regard to establishing best working practices
  • Proactively managing payment of bills
- handle billing queries

  • Preparing financial reports using excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Reviewing and reporting on WIP
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the policies and procedures
  • Produce progress reports
  • Provide assistance in relation to billing matters

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
