Our client is the market leader in printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to expand their production team for experienced
Insertion Operators with the skills to operate printing finishing machinery.

This is a night shift role Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.

Key activities for an
Insertion Operator will include:

Communicate with the line manager in a timely manner
Liaise with overseer /operators for handovers and any issues arising
Produce work to the highest standards and to obtain maximum output and procedures are followed
Develop knowledge and skills for performance management to create a highperformance culture
Able to understand and act on maintenance levels

What we are looking for in an
Insertion Operator:

Direct mail and transactional mail experience preferable but not essential
Experienced on Bowe fusions, Neopost equipment, other useful machinery experience includes Bluecrest, Kern, Buhrs, Norpak, Bell & Howell, Sitma, CMC or Pitney Bowes, also advantageous any additional experience using finishing equipment such as guillotines / folders / stitching lines etc., and training will be given.
Flexible attitude willing to work with the team to get the job completed
Previous experience operating in a fastpaced environment
Forward thinking with an appreciation of LEAN principles

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,590.00 per year
