We are looking for a Trainee Store Manager dedicated to creating an enjoyable guest experiences and delivering exceptional product knowledge.

Are you passionate about cutomer service? Do you enjoy gaining in depth product knowledge? Do you have an enthusiastic and friendly approach to retail management?


The ideal Trainee Store Manager will have experience within a retail environment where customer interaction and in depth product knowledge have played a key part.

They will have led their teams from the front and helped others to develop their skills. Theywill also be an all-round expert when it comes to creating and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities will include
Helping to ensure exceptional service for each and every customer

Representing the brand, along with team members in the best possible way by creating an unforgettable customer experience

Carrying out food hygiene, cleanliness and H&S practices


Assisting with in store HR functions such as payroll, training and development, leading team meetings and recruiting new team members.

Awareness of cost control

Assist with the planning and delivery of in store events
