Description

The role sits within the context of providing a high-quality Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and Funded Nursing Care (FNC) service as well as Joint Funding Complex Case Teams within Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB.

The service has a strong population focused ethos and a culture of continuous improvement. The service delivers assessment, care planning, commissioning and placement, quality and performance monitoring of provision, market management and development. The post holder will work closely with the Associate Director of CHC in the ICB.


The post holder will deliver a high quality, professional administrative support and secretarial service to the senior management team of the department and support for the wider team.

The post holder will deliver a "client-focused" service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
