A fantastic opportunity for an Insolvency Case Administrator to join our growing office based in Glasgow.We are looking to hire an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator for our Glasgow office.
This role is in our personal Insolvency team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of personal cases - dealing predominantly with statutory and technical aspects of the insolvency process, but also driving forward commercial matters, such as realising assets.
- Working alongside the IP and Insolvency Manager to provide support on personal insolvency engagements from preappointment planning to completion of all "live" case matters;
- Ownership of a portfolio of cases, with responsibility for: statutory compliance;
correspondence and queries;
- On a casebycase basis, undertaking appropriate investigations to ascertain the reasons for insolvency and preparing relevant reports thereon;
You will Interact closely with colleagues and with third-party stakeholders and appointed agents
Attending to any other administrative tasks required by the role.
