So, we want to help you out

We are urgently looking for Primary Teachers / Student Teachers to working in North Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
If you are a Student Teacher due to complete your final placement you can work for Tradewind as a Student Teacher / Teaching Assistant between now and the summer gaining valuable experience in a range of Primary Schools and get a head start for September

As an ECT, you will no doubt be weighing up what type of teaching role you want and what / where your ideal setting will be.

Would you prefer a small, rural primary school, or a large academy in a bustling city? Or a specialist SEN provision?

The beauty of registering with us is that you we can help you gain exposure to as many different settings and teaching roles as you like, helping to develop your experience and enhance your teaching skills - all whilst still being able to work towards yourInduction whilst on supply / long-term positions.

CPD for ECTs We have developed our CPD courses to help hone the necessary skills in the classroom you'll need as an ECT, such as:
Interview Techniques
How to plan a good lesson in accordance with OFSTED
Effective Questioning in the Classroom
Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Safeguarding
Supply Teaching Bible; for everyone new to supply
Creating Behaviour for Learning
